Description
Responsibilities:  Direct and train crew members and oversee total operation of a sheetfed press.  Obtain customer color okays and troubleshoot mechanical and printing problems.  Maintain quality standards while identifying ways to improve efficiency.  Enforce company rules and safety requirements.

 
Skills:  Knowledge of the mechanics and capabilities of the press or press of similar size and complexity. Mechanical aptitude along with experience in running, troubleshooting and quality control.  Must be able to produce high quality work, work directly with customers and sales staff.  Must be able to meet production, efficiency and maintenance standards.  Ability to stand, bend, stoop and climb for extended periods of time.  Ability to read and make mathematical computations and able to work overtime as needed or required.
